La Mimateca starts as the personal project of two biologists interested in the beauty and cosmetic world, for men and women both, and the need for a better network for distribution and information of eco-friendly products. Not only we had to create the brand identity in tune with the conscience of their future clients and products, but also a good online distribution channel that would allow them to bring those products to the public, as well as relevant information about the sector. We needed a coherent, clean and simple identity that simbolized all those principles, and that at the same time worked along the most actual beauty trends. An ecommerce site was also designed with these principles in mind, where all info is easily accessible through a great user experience.
